A COUPLE WHOSE video went viral after a husband shocked his wife by telling her she was pregnant, have recorded a new video to say she has suffered a miscarriage.

The pair, Sam and Nia, who vlog their daily lives along with those of their two children, published a video over the weekend describing their heartbreak over the news.

“I felt my womb empty out, I have never ever known that women felt that way,” Nia said as she cried into the camera.

It’s like as soon as as I miscarried I was able to take that deep breath. I stood up and I just felt empty and it’s the hardest part, just knowing that it’s really gone, there’s no question.

The Youtube stars describe themselves as a “God fearing family of four” and speak often about their commitment to religion.

Throughout the video announcing Nia’s miscarriage, both make reference to their belief in God and say they are thankful for their experience.

“We’re so hurt but we’re so thankful that God used us like this,” Sam says first with Nia the following:

“I agree with Sam, I’m thankful but I just feel so annoyed with myself that I didn’t take a test sooner, because I felt like I was pregnant sooner than this and I just kept waiting and waiting because I always think I’m pregnant and I didn’t want to be that way this time. And I could have bonded with her longer.”

“I just want to say too that maybe there’s somebody going through this with us, and the Bible says to weep with those who weep and mourn with those who mourn, and I am mourning with those of you who are feeling like this.”

The video in which Sam surprised Nia has been viewed nearly 11 million times since last week and Sam says the reaction to it brought them much happiness.

“I feel like also through this tragedy we have become closer as a family, Ni and I mourning like this has made us stronger,” Sam says towards the end of the clip. “It’s made me appreciate my children more.”
