Sligo man missing in Sweden for a week

Brian Farrell was last seen in Stockholm on 10 November.

THE FAMILY OF a 32-year-old man have appealed for information after he went missing in Sweden last week.

Brian Farrell was last seen in the vicinity of Wirstroms Pub in Gamla Stan in Stockholm on Monday last, 10 November, at around 10.30pm

He is originally from Culleens, Co. Sligo, but had been working in Sweden since March.

His family have set up a Facebook page to aid the search.

A spokesperson confirmed that the Department of Foreign Affairs is providing consular assistance.
