New info on missing teen as Gardaí re-appeal for public's help

Gardai are re-appealing for help in finding missing teenager, Daniel Murphy.

GARDAÍ ARE TODAY re-appealing for the public’s help in finding a teenager missing from Palmerstown.

Fourteen-year-old Daniel Murphy has been reported missing since 1 December.

However he was spotted in Phibsboro three days ago, 7 December.

He’s 5’10″ in height, of medium build with brown hair and blue eyes.

When last seen he was wearing a grey tracksuit, white polo t-shirt, a black coat and blue and orange stripped runners.

Gardaí say Daniel is known to hang around the city centre and Finglas area.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Lucan Garda Station on 01 666 7300, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.

    I do think they deserve big bonus for the risk involved but it’s not going be work much if they get infected..safe and protective techniques and procedures is the only way to reduce the risk !

    Probably a valid reason to ask for a raise and all… and usually I’d support any worker going on strike where the reason seemed valid.. but with 120 doctors in the country, and the virus spreading like wild fire, morally its tough to justify a strike right now… on the governments side then.. why even leave it come to this.. why not cough it up immediately? With so few medical workers there giving out it won’t break the bank to pay them some OT/danger money..

    More than fair… Most developed countries have sent tens of millions in aid to Ebola stricken nations. No reason this shouldn’t go to Drs and nurses, and any that die in the line of duty should have support paid to their spouses and children for life.

    Its mainly caregivers and relatives, that get it,at the moment.The dead have to be buried quickly, no time for a proper burial.
