A 14-year-old girl is missing from her home in Cork city

Weronika Sroka was last seen yesterday afternoon.

GARDAÍ ARE SEEKING the public’s help in tracing the whereabouts of a 14-year-old girl who has been missing from her home in Cork city since yesterday.

Weronika Sroka was last seen in her family home at Ardfield, Grange, Cork City at about 2pm on New Year’s Day.

Her family and gardaí are concerned for her safety and want anyone who may have seen her or has information on her whereabouts to come forward.

The teenager is described as:

  • Being 5’3″ in height.
  • With brown eyes and short black hair.
  • Having her ears pierced with large studs.

When last seen, Weronika was wearing:

  • A green fleece top with a zip at the front.
  • Dark coloured trousers.
