Here are the homes that sparked prospective buyers’ interest in September.

WHETHER IT’S a three-bed with plenty of outdoor space, an apartment with great public transport links, or a period home that’s full of character, everyone’s idea of the “perfect home” is a little different.

This week we’re spotlighting four of the most-viewed homes on Daft.ie over the last month, all with thousands of views, and all extremely varied in style.

Foxrock, Dublin 18

Featured as a recent dream home right here in our Property Magazine, this four-bedroom detached home features the latest security and entertainment technology.

Naas, Co Kildare

Prospective buyers can choose from a mix of two-bed, three-bed or four-bed properties at Stoneleigh, a new development in Naas, close to the Craddockstown Golf Club. All properties are A-rated for energy and have plenty of features that’ll appeal to family buyers: ample storage space, generous bedrooms and smartly designed kitchens.

Residents at Stoneleigh will enjoy easy access to the M50 and Dublin via the M7, with Dublin Bus and Intercity rail links nearby too. Dublin Airport is also just 35 minutes drive away.

Castleknock, Co Dublin

There’s a wide range of property styles on offer at Hamilton Park, a brand new development in Castleknock. While the three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses are currently cancellation-list only, there are still one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments on offer, with another phase of houses set to open next year.
