Man held in Belfast over double murder

The bodies of a man and woman were found at an apartment on Friday.

A MAN WHO was arrested yesterday is being questioned by police in Belfast today in connection with the discovery of two bodies at an apartment on Friday.

The bodies of a man and woman, both believed to be middle-aged, were found at the apartment in Ravenhill Court.

Police had said yesterday they were looking for one person in relation to the murders of the two people and a 33-year-old man was subsequently arrested. It is understood that the man was known to at least one of the victims.
