New Facebook iPad app 'discovered' by student

An engineering student discovered a hole in the latest Facebook iPhone app update that enabled him to see what may be the iPad version.

A CANADIAN ENGINEERING student may have unveiled the look of the new Facebook iPad app.

According to The Guardian, Marvin Bernal discovered a hole in the latest update of the Facebook iPhone app that revealed what the iPad version will look like.

The information was picked up by MG Siegler of TechCrunch who went delving more into the purported app and even posted some screenshots of what people can expect.

The find was a particularly interesting one, as just last November Mark Zuckerberg said that there wasn’t an iPad app as “the iPad isn’t mobile”.

What do you think of the look of the rumoured app?
