A mix of old and new in this elegant Regency-style development in Rathfarnham

Choose from the 1830s Regency-style Silveracre House or one of its newer neighbours.

SILVERACRE HOUSE IN Rathfarnham has quite the historical heritage.

Apart from renowned former residents including Rev Henthorn Todd, a professor of Hebrew at Trinity College Dublin, and Dr Albert Croly, a surgeon and the founder of the Baggot Street Hospital, the elegant Regency architecture of the house (which dates from 1830) brings quite the touch of class to the area.

These houses are large and well-designed with a high level of insulation giving an A-rating BER, solid wood Shaker kitchens, and landscaped gardens with rear limestone patios. There are three different styles of house available.

Throughout this development, the interiors feature timber flooring on the ground floors, with carpeting on the upper floors.

The palette consists of elegant neutral muted tones that highlight the classic features of each of the properties, as well as touches of more modern styles in some details – like the feature wall in the master bedrooms.
