NINTENDO HAS JUST released the first trailer for its new next generation console, the Nintendo Switch.

As expected, the new console is designed to be both portable and for hooking up to your TV like regular games consoles.

The idea is that users will be able to play the games at home and then continue playing them while on the go.

Nintendo has also announced that the release date for the new console will be March 2017.

The company had announced this morning that they would be releasing a trailer for the new console. Shares jumped by 4.4% on that news before the trailer was even released.
