Poll: Are you pleased about the return of Oxegen?

Did you miss the summer event last year?

REPORTS THIS MORNING point to the return of the Oxegen music festival this summer.

After skipping a year, organisers MCD have said the event will take place in August but over just two days, rather than three.

There is no confirmed headliner yet, but rumours that Elton John is en route to Kildare have been doing the rounds.

Before it took its brief hiatus, Oxegen had been criticised for the behaviour of its audience and had failed to sell out with smaller festivals such as Electric Picnic and Indiependence gaining traction.

But have you missed the summer event? Are you planning your own return to Punchestown?

So, in today’s poll, we’re asking: Are you pleased about the return of Oxegen?

Poll Results:

I don't care (1846)
No (790)
Yes, but only if Elton John is there (751)
Yes (524)
