Gardaí ask for help tracing Leitrim man missing since 2011

Patrick Heeran, 48, was last seen in Mohill, Co Leitrim, 578 days ago.

GARDAÍ IN LEITRIM have renewed their appeal for public assistance in tracing a man who has been missing since 2011.

Patrick Heeran was last seen in Mohill at 4:20pm on the afternoon of October 3, 2011.

His family have not seen or heard from him since that time, and said this behaviour is extremely out of character for the 48-year-old.

Patrick is 5’9″ in height and is described as being of stocky build with fair hair.

When last seen he was wearing brown shoes, blue jeans and a brown jacket.

Anyone who may have seen Patrick, or who can assist the Garda in locating him, is asked to contact Carrick-on-Shannon Garda Station on (071) 9650510, the Garda Confidential line at 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
