PIC: New Jersey governor hailed as 'The Boss' on TIME magazine cover

The outspoken Chris Christie literally dominates the front cover of the news magazine this week. It’s no Enda Kenny but it certainly catches the eye…

IT’S NOT QUITE as green and soft as when Enda Kenny appeared on the cover of TIME magazine last October but the appearance of New Jersey’s outspoken governor on the cover of the news magazine this week is sure to grab people’s attention.

Chris Christie quite simply dominates the cover of TIME this week where a story inside covers his recent high-profile status as he oversaw the response to Superstorm Sandy in his own state and slammed congress for not doing enough to aid the victims of the storm.

‘The Boss’ is no doubt a play on another famous son of New Jersey, Bruce Springsteen, and alludes to Christie’s no-nonsense style when it comes to politics.

And of course, he’s already being talked about as a presidential candidate for the Republicans in 2016.
