Police given extra time to question suspect in Ronan Kerr murder

THE POLICE SERVICE of Northern Ireland (PSNI) have been given an extra five days to question a suspect in connection with the murder of police constable Ronan Kerr last weekend.

The 33-year-old man was arrested on Friday in the Omagh area. The PSNI have already been granted extra time to interview two other suspects being held in connection with the murder.
