Poll: Are you worried about December’s Budget?

Pat Rabbitte has been dropping ominous warnings about the pain contained in Budget 2012 – but is it too early for us to be getting anxious.

ENERGY MINISTER PAT Rabbitte said today that Budget 2012, due at the beginning of December, is to be an “extremely painful” one.

He warned that there was little left in terms of “low-hanging fruit” for the Government to cut in order to achieve the €3.6bn in savings it needs to fulfill its debt reduction.
