MICHEÁL MARTIN IS expected to rule out any possibility that his party could join up with Fine Gael to form a government coalition during a speech tomorrow.

The idea of a Fine Gael/Fianna Fáil partnership was first mooted by RTÉ’s Bill O’Herlihy earlier this month when he said it would be a development that most Irish people would like to see.
