Poll: Has your trust in An Garda Síochána been affected by recent events?

An Garda Síochána has been all over the news recently, has it affected how you feel about them?

GARDA WHISTLEBLOWER SERGEANT Maurice McCabe last night described as “gravely misleading and false” a claim that he was encouraged by the Garda Commissioner to cooperate with an inquiry about penalty points cancellations.

Separately, an inquiry is to be carried out into potential surveillance at the Garda Service Ombudsman Commission which will report within eight weeks.

Micheál Martin has also given the Taoiseach’s department documents which contain “extremely serious allegations of garda misconduct”.

So today’s question, Has your trust in An Garda Síochána been affected by recent events?
