AN RTÉ DOCUMENTARY tonight will explore how much our digital fingerprint is telling people about us and show people who have decided to take themselves off the grid.

Mark Boyle, who has been off social media for a year now, said his personal relationships have improved and he does not miss staring at a screen all day.
