Poll: If you were being bullied at work what would you do?

Would you tell your boss or keep it to yourself?

A SURVEY RELEASED today by employment law group Peninsula Ireland has found that 46% of Irish workers have been bullied at work in the last 12 months.

Furthermore, 53% of employees would rather suffer in silence than tell their employer if they were being bullied at work.

We’d like to know about your experience of workplace bullying or how you’d deal with it.
