Quarter-million worth of cocaine seized in Leinster Road flat

Two men were arrested after planned gardaí raids.

TWO MEN WERE arrested following the discovery of cocaine worth about €250,000 at a flat in Rathmines yesterday evening.

Gardaí from the Terenure Drugs Unit carried out a planned search of the Leinster Road property, where they found the illegal substances.

Two males in their 20s were arrested at the scene and are currently being detained at Terenure and Rathmines garda stations under section two of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
