Poll: Do you recycle your rubbish?

Many apartment dwellers have one household waste bin – and everything – food waste, plastics, glass and even clothes are thrown in.

ENVIRONMENT MINISTER DENIS Naughten has said that “Ireland is facing a waste crisis that could result in rubbish piling up on the streets“.

While the pay-by-weight bin charges will encourage people to create less waste and recycle more, many large-scale apartment blocks around the country have no recycling facilities.

So today we’re asking, do you recycle your rubbish?

Poll Results:

Yes, always (13716)
I recycle a bit  (1934)
No, never  (488)
There are no facilities at my home (350)
