RTÉ PRESENTER RYAN Tubridy is packing up and moving out of his Monkstown home in south Dublin, looking to downsize.

The 4-bedroom Victorian house with views of Dun Laoghaire harbour is on the market for €1,275,000.

Speaking to the Irish Mirror about the move, Tubridy said he moving out of 5 Brighton Avenue as he needs something “cosier”, saying it is more suited to a growing family.

He reportedly bought the property with former partner Aoibhinn Ní Shúilleabháin.
