The Health Service Executive has published its report of the investigation into the death of Savita Halappanavar this afternoon.

THE HSE HAS published the full report of its investigation into the death of Savita Halappanavar at University Hospital Galway in October of last year.

The report was commissioned by the HSE to establish the facts and contributory factors that led to the death of the Indian-born dentist whose death made worldwide headlines after she was said to have been denied an abortion by doctors, despite requesting one.
