Do you know the mystery leader in this 1974 Kildare Scout photo?

The Celbridge Scout group is holding a reunion to celebrate its 40th anniversary during the summer and is trying to contact as many former scouts and leaders as possible to bring them all together.

THE CELBRIDGE SCOUT group is celebrating its 40th anniversary with a reunion barbecue for all former leaders and scouts over the years.

They are trying to find as many current and former leaders and scouts who have lost touch to come back and enjoy the scouting experience for one more day on 28 June this year.

In announcing the reunion, they released this photo of a group of 1974 scouts with a ‘mystery leader’ – the woman on the right in the back row.

“There are already lots of people coming who were involved all the way back in 1974, it is now time to find some more!” the group said in a statement. “Anybody who was linked to the group is welcome, whether you were a fundraiser in 1995, Cub Scout in 1982 or the mystery Leader in this picture from 1974″.

The group is charging €5 admission to the event but promises tents, fires and a hog roast feast.
