Alan Shatter will be on the Late Late tomorrow (let's all cancel our Friday night plans)

The various ‘Gardagate’ controversies of the first half of the year will most likely be the main focus of the interview.

FORMER JUSTICE MINISTER Alan Shatter is to appear alongside Ryan Tubridy on tomorrow’s Late Late Show, RTÉ has confirmed.

The appearance could make for uncomfortable viewing for his former ministerial colleagues — not to mention the Commissioners of GSOC, who were the subject of a blistering attack from the Fine Gael TD in the Dáil last week.

The penalty points affair and the various ‘Gardagate’ controversies of the first half of the year will most likely be the main focus of the interview. Though, this being the Late Late (rather than Prime Time), Shatter’s fleeting career as a novelist may also come up.

So… Let’s sort our Friday night entertainment right now…

Will you be watching?
