Suspect in murder of Eastenders actor and her two sons to be extradited to UK

The bodies of Sian Blake and her sons were discovered in the garden of their home in London last month.

THE MAN ACCUSED of murdering a former EastEnders actor and her two sons is to be extradited from Ghana to the UK tonight.

Sky News reports that Arthur Simpson-Kent will be escorted back to the UK on a British Airways flight from Accra by Metropolitan Police officers.

The 48-year-old hairdresser is accused of killing his partner Sian Blake and her two children, Zachary (eight) and Amon (four).

Blake and her children were last seen on 13 December and Simpson-Kent was questioned three days later over their disappearance before fleeing to Ghana.

The bodies of the boys and their mother were discovered in the garden of their home in southeast London last month, about three weeks after they were reported missing.

Blake played Frankie in EastEnders in 1996, appearing in more than 50 episodes.
