WE’RE SURE YOU’VE all been intently reading pieces from our interview with Minister Simon Coveney this week but now it’s time to get down to the nitty gritty.

We’re keen to ask the questions that matter to you, so in our hard-hitting interview we grilled the Irish Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, insisting he pick a favourite animal. And here’s what he said…

So, yes, he chose his own dog. A cynic might call that a cop out but we think he’s setting a good example, adopting a rescue dog, and there was even a romantic story to go with it.
