Women brawl on flight after row over loud music

When the women were asked to shut off the music, they held the boombox in the air.

A VIDEO OF a group of women brawling on a plane has gone viral.

The video was taken on Wednesday on  a Spirit Airlines flight from Baltimore to LA.

The LA Times reports the fight was sparked when two drunk women continued to play loud music from a boombox stereo despite requests to turn it off.

When passengers complained, the women held the boombox in the air.

The paper quotes a Spirit spokesperson as saying the women challenged the complainants, asking “What are you going to do?”.

Then to provoke the other customer they were holding up their boom box in the air, waving it around.

This prompted a fight after another group of women approached.

Police met the plane as it landed in LA and, while police say the five women were in a “mutual combat situation”, nobody was arrested.
