GARDAÍ HAVE CONFIRMED they are investigating the death of an elderly woman after an incident at a Dublin hospital last month.

The woman, who was 68 years old, was transferred from St Collumcille’s Hospital in Loughlinstown after the incident on 17 May to St Vincent’s Hospital for treatment. She died two days later.

A garda spokesperson confirmed the woman’s death is being investigated.
