Gardaí investigating sexual assault of woman at Stephen's Green last night

Gardaí at Pearse Street are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

GARDAÍ ARE INVESTIGATING an alleged sexual assault of a woman in her late 30s in Dublin city centre last night.

Gardaí were called to the St Stephen’s Green area shortly after midnight.

CEO of Inner City Helping Homeless Anthony Flynn released a statement confirming that outreach support teams engaged with a woman in the Dublin 2 area who had been sexually assaulted.

Gardaí at Pearse Street are appealing for witnesses to come forward. Anyone with information is asked to contact Gardaí at Pearse Street at 6669000.
