Gardaí treating Cabra woman's death as suspicious

The body of a woman in her 40s is found at a house on Blackhorse Avenue this morning; the site remains sealed off.

GARDAÍ ARE NOW treating as suspicious the death of a woman whose body was discovered in a house in a north Dublin suburb this morning.

The State Pathologist has been called to the house in Cabra, after the body of the woman in her 40s was found there this morning.

The scene has been sealed off, and the body will remain there pending a preliminary examination.

Gardaí refused to comment on the condition of the body, saying that all circumstances were being investigated.

Investigations are being overseen by officers from Bridewell Garda Station.
