Hooded teens threaten shop staff with stun-gun

The taser-raid happened at lunchtime today.

POLICE IN THE North are appealing for information after two hooded teenagers threatened shop staff with a taser in Belfast this afternoon.

The attempted armed robbery happened at a shop in the Oxford Street area at around 1.30pm.

The two youths – both aged in their late teens, according to witnesses – threatened staff with the stun gun before fleeing empty-handed.

One was wearing a white hooded top, and the other brown one.

Police at Musgrave Station are heading up the investigation, and the PSNI’s non-emergency number can be reached on ’101′.
