The Apprentice star found dead aged 27

Stuart Baggs made his name on the BBC show.

A FORMER STAR of the BBC version of The Apprentice has been found dead, aged just 27.

Stuart Baggs was involved in the sixth season of the show in 2010, being fired in week 11 of the show, when he was accused of lying about his credentials. He had been the youngest-ever candidate when he appeared aged just 21.

Police on the Isle of Man confirmed today that his body had been found at his apartment in Douglas this morning.

The cause of death is as yet unknown, but police say that there is nothing to suggest that it is suspicious.

A statement from the force said:

“Police are maintaining an open mind and the matter will be fully investigated by police on behalf of the coroner.”

Baggs had launched his company’s latest product on Tuesday and yesterday tweeted about the success of the launch.
