Gardaí appeal for information over sudden death of Tory Johnston (17)

She died after having a seizure at a Donegal nightclub on Tuesday night.

GARDAÍ INVESTIGATING THE sudden death of Tory Johnston are seeking the public’s assistance.

The 17-year-old was out with friends at Voodoo nightclub in Letterkenny when she took a seizure and fell to the ground.

She was taken to Letterkenny General Hospital but was later pronounced dead.

Gardai are looking to speak to anyone who was in the nightclub in the early hours of July 15 and who may be in possession of information that would assist with the investigation.

They also want to hear from anyone who may have photos or video footage from the night.

Anyone who may have information is asked to contact Letterkenny Garda Station in confidence at lkgarda@garda.ie.

The teenager will be laid to rest on Sunday.
