According to AA Roadwatch, traffic is very heavy inbound from Fairview through Amiens street and up to Memorial Bridge.

Traffic on Gardiner Street is also said to be extremely slow, with a queue from Dorset street through to Beresford Place.

A Garda spokesperson told the TheJournal.ie that there were only minor injuries at the scene of the crash, and it has now been cleared.

Traffic delays are expected to persist throughout the morning.
