Motorists caught five times over drink driving limit and driving past checkpoints

The two drivers were detected by Naas Traffic Corps.

A DRIVER WAS arrested for being five times over the drink driving limit yesterday.

The motorist was discovered in Naas yesterday evening.

The car was seized for having no insurance and the driver is now due to appear in court at a later date.

Meanwhile, another car was seized in Naas after the driver didn’t stop at a checkpoint.

Gardaí followed the car and said the motorist was driving dangerously.

That driver is also due in court at a later date.
