Ten hospitalised after Kerry crash

The two-vehicle collision occurred last night with all five occupants of both cars brought to hospital.

TEN PEOPLE HAVE been admitted to hospital following a serious road crash in county Kerry.

Two cars collided at Kerries Cross in Clougherbrien, near Tralee, at about 8pm yesterday.

The five occupants of both vehicles were injured, according to gardaí. One person remains on the critical list.

The patients range in age from 11 years old to 67 years old.

The road has been closed for forensic examinations and is not expected to open until after lunchtime today.
