Two adults hospitalised after schoolbus crash in Co Offaly

The drivers of a schoolbus and a van are hospitalised with minor injuries after their two vehicles collided this afternoon.

TWO MEN have been hospitalised with minor injuries after a collision involving a schoolbus in Co Offaly earlier today.

The accident occurred between Rath and Kilcoyne, to the east of Birr, at around 2:45pm today.

It is understood that the driver was the only occupant of the schoolbus, which was on its way to a nearby school at the time of the accident.

There were no other injuries.
