Two Canadian police officers 'seriously injured' in shooting

The suspect remains at large.

TWO POLICE OFFICERS in Canada have been seriously injured in a shooting.

The incident happened in the early hours of this morning in St. Albert, Edmonton, Alberta.

The suspect, described as a white male aged between 25 and 35, fled the scene, and is now the subject of a manhunt.

“Police efforts to locate him are ongoing,” a statement, the suspect is considered armed and dangerous.”

Police said the two members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police were shot ‘during an interaction with a civilian’.
