Two killed in Longford crash

Two men have been killed and another two people seriously injured in a crash in Co Longford.

TWO MEN HAVE been killed in a road crash in Co Longford in the early hours of this morning.

Two others were seriously injured in the single vehicle crash, which occurred at approximately 12.30am on the Longford to Keenagh Road at Craane on Friday.

RTÉ reports that both of the deceased were aged in their 20s.

The road has been closed and diversions are in place.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
