Two men arrested after over a million euro worth of drugs seized

The two men are being held at Ballyfermot Garda Station.

OVER ONE MILLION euro worth of drugs have been seized in Dublin.

The discovery was made during the search of a house at Croftwood Park, Ballyfermot this afternoon.

Two men both aged 31 were arrested at the house and are being held at Ballyfermot Garda station.

Gardai discovered 13 kilos of cocaine with an estimated street value of €900,000 and 1.5 kilos of heroin with an estimated street value of €225,000.

The search by gardai from the Ballyfermot/Clondalkin Drug Unit was part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of controlled substances.
