ANDERS BEHRING BREIVIK – who this morning admitted killing 77 people through a bomb in Oslo and a shooting spree at Utoya Island – broke down in tears while being shown one of his own propaganda videos.

The video was shown to the jury at this morning’s court hearings, largely focussed on establishing Breivik’s political ideology.

Breivik admitted to carrying out the two attacks, but denies any criminal wrongdoing, saying he had acted in self-defence.

Breivik, 33, gave a far-right salute as he entered the courtroom. He is due to make a statement to the court tomorrow, but the statement will not be delayed on broadcasts from the Oslo courtroom at the direction of the presiding judge.

The original 12-minute propaganda video can be found on YouTube here.
