Poll: Will you vote for Renua?

Or will you save your vote for an established party?

AS YOU MIGHT have noticed, Ireland got a new political party yesterday.

Lucinda Creighton’s Renua plans to “govern in the sunshine”, and “is different in absolutely every respect to the old way of doing business”.

It created a lot of buzz on its first day (although sometimes for the wrong reasons, from Terance Flanagan’s car crash interview, to a spoof Facebook page gaining more likes than the official one), but we’ve several months to wait and see if this will translate into actual votes.

This morning we’re asking: Are you planning to vote for Renua in the next general election?

Poll Results:

No (13231)
I haven't decided (3727)
Yes (2577)
I won't vote for anyone (450)
