Man arrested after body of 30-year-old woman found in Tallaght hotel room

The discovery was made at 3.30pm this afternoon.

THE BODY OF a woman was discovered in a hotel room in Tallaght this afternoon.

Gardaí investigating the discovery made at the Plaza Hotel at 3.30pm today have arrested a man, aged in his 20s.

He is being questioned at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

The body of the victim has been removed to the morgue at Tallaght hospital. A post-mortem exam will be held tomorrow.
