Woman comes 'back to life' at her own funeral - then dies of shock

Mourners were paying their respects when Fagilyu Mukhametzyanov came back to life.

A WOMAN IN Russia came back to life at her own funeral only to then suffer a heart attack and die as a result of discovering she was being prepared for burial.

The Daily Express reports that Fagilyu Mukhametzyanov, 49, had been wrongly declared deceased by doctors after she collapsed at home. Her devastated husband and relatives were lining up to file past her coffin and pay their respects when the woman is reported to have woken up.

She is said to have screamed when she realised what was happening. She was immediately rushed back to the hospital but lived for only another few minutes before she died again, this time for good.  The hospital says an investigation is underway. Mukhametzyanov’s distraught husband says he wants answers.
