A PROPERTY ONCE used as the X-Factor house is being sold in the UK.

Levens in Winchmore Hill, North London was used as the contestants’ home during the 2013 series.

Other previous residents include singer Rod Stewart, actor James Caan and business tycoon Leslie Smith.

Allsop is selling the seven-bedroom property for £5.5 million (about €7.1 million). It’s set on one acre of landscaped gardens, and has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, games room and double garage.
