100 jobs announced by Dublin-based gaming company Swrve

Some of the jobs have already been posted on the Swrve website, the rest will be added to the growing gaming company over the next two years.

SWRVE, ONLINE GAMES optimisation software company based in Dublin, has announced the creation of 100 new jobs over the next two years.

After securing an investment of around €4.9million from Atlantic Bridge Partners and Intel, the jobs will be created in research and development operations in their Dublin office.

Some of the jobs have already been posted on the Swrve website, the rest will be added to the growing gaming company over the next two years.

Tom Farrell, Swrve’s marketing director told TheJournal.ie about the type of people they hope to employ.

We are looking for people with a blend of experience and are hoping to hire locally but we will also look globally to meet our requirements.

Mr Farrell added:

We are based in Dublin and all of the engineering is based in Dublin. The founders of the company are Irish, so this is more of a growth story for an indigenous business.

Meanwhile, a further 200 jobs were also announced today for Dublin and Galway by one of the world’s largest providers of financial services, Fidelity Investments.
