13-year-old granted bail over child rape charges

The teenager is charged with raping a younger boy on two occasions.

BELFAST MAGISTRATES Court has granted bail for a boy, 13, who is charged with raping a five-year-old boy on two occasions this year.

The BBC reports that the teenager is not allowed to contact the alleged victim or have any contact with other children.

He is also not allowed to leave his home without a parent or be left home alone. He is due back in court tomorrow.
