15-year-old boy arrested after 16-year-old stabbed to death near London house party

The teenager died at the scene after suffering stab wounds to the upper body.

A 15-YEAR-OLD boy has been arrested today after a 16-year-old was stabbed to death near a house party in London on Friday evening.

Police were called to Colegrove Road, Peckham at around 7.20pm but the teenager died at the scene after suffering stab wounds to the upper body.

A post-mortem was carried out yesterday and it gave cause of death as a stab wound to chest.

Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are investigating.

It is understood that a large house party was taking place at the time of the incident and detectives are appealing for all witnesses and anyone with information to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
