Teenage boy dies in work accident in Limerick

The 17 year old was caught between tractor and trailer.

A 17-YEAR-OLD MALE died in a workplace accident in Limerick this afternoon.

He was caught between a tractor and a trailer while cutting trees in the small village of Bruree and was pronounced dead at the scene.

His body has been removed to hospital for a post mortem.

The Health and Safety Authority and Gardaí are carrying out separate investigations.
