Bottomless brunch, a Hennessy history lesson and a craft beer tour.

Marcin Kotwicki is a chef with a passion for pop-up food events. Kotwicki runs the blog T-Ancaire Gorm, where he posts about dining in Dublin along with promoting his wonderful tasting menu dinners, which he hosts regularly in The Liberties. 4. Enjoy the #GrapeToGlass experience at this brandy tasting masterclass

Ireland is best known for its whiskey, but the man who set up one of the world’s biggest names in brandy – Hennessy – was born here too. This tasting session is an opportunity to learn more about the history of brandy and cognac (and perhaps even learn the difference). It’s led by Paul Tuohy of Hennessy and several varieties will be available for tasting.
